Building functional strength, improving alignment and promoting ease of movement for everyday life.
About me
Passionate about my work on and off the mat.
Before teaching Pilates, I worked as a war crimes prosecutor and human rights lawyer. Long hours at a desk and emotionally demanding work made Pilates a vital way for me to stay grounded, resilient, and connected to my body.
I bring deep empathy from my own experience with Pilates, precision from my legal background, and a strong understanding of how movement supports professionals living with stress, tension, and posture issues. My expertise in program design, group facilitation and a trauma-sensitive approach come into play on the mat as well.
The result is a style of teaching that is attentive and exacting without becoming rigid. My sessions are both soothing and playful, with space for challenge, mindful awareness, and genuine enjoyment.
